We want you to love your Sanrio purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and blind box items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include your packing slip before sealing the box and applying the label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
